It was good to get to visit with our neighbors last night. I’m glad that so many came out to see us. I know the children especially had a good time in the bounce houses, and God fixed it so that we had a perfect break in the rain! I think that God is at work in our neighborhood and our church. We need to continue to let Him work through us inviting people to receive His grace and be a part of His family.

Thank you to the youth of First Baptist Euless, Texas for the hard work they did to make last night a success. They put on a great show, cooked, manned our games and food stations, and canvassed the neighborhood to invite people. Thank you to the Baptist Association of Greater New Orleans for supplying the bounce houses and the popcorn and snow cone machines. Thank you to Pastor Adam at Lakeside Baptist Church of Metairie for donating supplies. And, thanks to everyone who helped us set up before hand and clean up afterwards. These things only happen with a lot of hard work, and God sent us some great volunteers!
