Coming this Sunday we’ll host special guest Tyra Lokey. Tyra brings together an inspiring experience through a mix of music, message, and what she calls “signart”. “Signart” is a worshipful artistic expression using sign language. I believe that young and old will be blessed by Tyra’s presentation and her testimony for what God has done in her life.

I can’t put into words how much my family enjoyed your church this past Sunday. You are blessed.I know God is moving there and in His perfect time you guys will have a great outreach program. our desire is to be a blessing to you guys so if there is anything we can do please don’t hesitate to let me know. Also my family will be praying for your family.Because as ministers we need that pray that is just direct to our family alone. I hope you don’t mind me saying but I was telling my pastor that I finally got to speak in a biracial church and he laughed. You see Jerry and I are the only black people at our church of about 1000 members. Thanks again brother for the opportunity.

I know I was personally blessed. Thank you, Tyra.
And, yes, I know that God has blessed our church with diversity. I won’t take any credit for that because this unusual church broke that barrier more than 30 years ago. I’m still very humbled when I think of our black members willing to be under a white pastor. We have some wonderful people here.
