As many of you know, my Grandpa Bob pasted away on Friday. I’m currently in Oak Harbor, Washington visiting with my Grandma Lou and my aunt and uncle and cousins. I’m here with my sister and mother. Shannon and the girls are visiting family in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Please continue to pray for our family.
I had a great time of worship with the Oak Harbor Southern Baptist Church this Sunday morning, really great people with moving song service and inspired preaching. I happened to run into the pastor again this morning in a coffee shop. We had a nice visit. We’re enjoying our time with family, going through my Grandpa Bob’s war and life memorabilia and taking in the natural beauty of this wonderful place.
My family and I will be back in New Orleans this Friday and in church on Sunday. Our Wednesday night schedule will continue on without me in the capable hands of Bro. Aaron and our church members with Adult Bible Study and Youth Bible Study at 7:00 p.m, and I’ll see you in church this Sunday morning.

Bro. Charlie, God bless your work on keeping the N.O. and the Bywater region updated with the churches events and meetings. The Lord has called your uncle on time to move on into his home in glory, my prayers goes out to you and his other love ones to keep focused in fellowship and family ties. Please forgive your brother for not attending the regular schedules planned for the members at the church. Currently, I’m still working on making promotions happening at Kamp Katrina as we speak. Do keep me, Ms. Pearl and the new staff helping her in prayer as we go forward with this continuing ministry. Also, send my love to the elder council and the sisters of the fellowship. Tell them this young soldier is still kicking back to hold my ministry and with them alive. I pray to soon come back again with good news and good fruits (works) to share. Mark me back when you get the chance. And take care of my artwork and your family. God bless you all.
